This course focuses on the use, analysis and design of information systems and technologies to organize, coordinate, and inform human enterprises.
It is an introduction to basic concepts of Information Society, computing and information systems principles, and the social implications of information and information technology.
It includes actual real-life problems that
managers and leaders in the information sciences deal
with on a daily
basis. This connection to the real world gives students

basis for solving
problems that they will encounter when they ultimately
